My Specialties

My therapy practice is focused on serving all residents of Ontario, especially members of the Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities.

 My areas of special interest:

• Navigating imperfections

• Finding meaning and purpose in your authentic life now and building resiliency

• Dealing with guilt and shame messaging from cultural norms about your gender/gender expression, "race", sexual orientation, age, abilities, and/or spirituality/creed 
  

• Life transitions (e.g. identity formation, graduation into adulthood, marriage, separation/divorce/relationship breakups, retirement)

• Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders

• Grief, loss, and bereavement

 As a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I am committed to following ethical principles in my therapeutic practice with you, my client. I will make best efforts to:
