About Me

I am a foreign-born, settler Canadian who is a spiritually plural woman of colour. I work as a therapist and educator supporting the diversity of people's whole selves (mind - body - spirit).

I have over twenty years of experience earned across an array of fields (health care, education, public safety, law, business) in building relationships, asking engaging questions, and supporting people from diverse backgrounds to learn, grow and shine.
